- The address of your rental property (including the apartment number if necessary);
- Your contact details, including both mobile and landline (for the trades people to contact you);
- A thorough explanation of the problem including any actions that you have taken to rectify the situation yourself. This will help us to ascertain which trade person to send. Example: ‘the door is broken’ – does this mean that it doesn’t open? Is the lock faulty? Is it hitting the doorframe? Has it come off its runner? Etc etc. Please be very specific with all maintenance requests.
